1. Precision metal stamping processing technology

In the industry, cutting, also known as initial processing, is a scheduling production step for metal raw materials after selection. The key process is stamping the sheet metal, removing excess scraps, and achieving the set shape. In order to stabilize product quality and improve production efficiency, active robotic arms are widely used in factories to complete the actions of cutting and placing products. The work is simple and repetitive, and the machines can operate continuously for 24 hours with stable speed, replacing various problems brought by traditional manual labor. This is thanks to the benefits of technological progress, gradually liberating manual labor.


2. Secondary Processing of Precision Metal Stamping Processing Technology

There are three branches: riveting, tapping, and welding. Riveting is a part of the assembly based on the results, which is completed when installing rivets at the fixed parts of the punch; Tapping teeth are divided into multi axis and single axis. The former is suitable for smaller and simpler stamping parts, and the efficiency of processing multiple products at once is better than single axis. The latter is suitable for larger and more chaotic stamping parts, and can process one product at a time; Welding is divided into manual active welding and mechanical active welding, with a principle similar to that of tapping teeth. The products used in manual precision welding are relatively messy and have high requirements for the process, such as high-precision seamless docking and hidden welding. The latter is suitable for basic welding because it has lower requirements and mechanical advantages over manual welding, resulting in faster production efficiency.


3. Cleaning and Packaging of Precision Metal Stamping Processing Technology

There are two widely used cleaning methods in the professional field: ultrasonic active cleaning and ionized water active spray cleaning. The former uses the energy generated by ultrasound to impact the stains on the surface of the stamped part, and the stains fall off with the water flow without damaging the behavior of the product. The latter uses the positive and negative electrodes generated by ionized water to remove the stains on the surface of the stamped part, playing a chemical role. Afterwards, according to the style and requirements of the product, different maintenance methods will be selected and packaged for shipment.
